had a appointment with bt engineer 15/11/2022, 08 hrs to 18hrs to fit in box for full fibre ,no engineer turned up to my address .do i get another appointment ,thank you

Hello, I was meant to have a visit from engineer to install Plusnet full fibre last week on thursday 24th but did not turn up. Got no notification of missed appointment neither way to request new dates in website. Router arrived on time though. Would be possible to get some help to rebook?

I'm really sorry to hear that the orders haven't gone through today. I've logged a support ticket with our Provisioning Team in order to progress this further as soon as possible. thanks for quick reply @TheMightyAJ , could you arrange for me an engineer appointment like @adamwalker did for other customer with same issue? otherwise, how long would I be waiting for team to reach out? thank you in advance

Hi @MOPA, I think there's been a misunderstanding unfortunately as no appointment has been arranged with you yet due to some external work that needs to be done before we can get fibre installed for you. That's being planned by Openreach at the moment and we should have an update on that for you within the next few days.
