no bt engineer

had a appointment with bt engineer 15/11/2022, 08 hrs to 18hrs to fit in box for full fibre ,no engineer turned up to my address .do i get another appointment ,thank you

Hi there, I'm really sorry that the engineer visit didn't go ahead when promised, that seems to be due to delays to the order with our suppliers so I'm really sorry we weren't able to communicate that with you.
