Hi, I received an email last week saying my unlimited fibre would start on 20/7/2017 but as yet have not had any updates. I have been sent a new router but no further information or way of finding out. Is there any way to find out what is going on?

I've checked and I can see the upgrade was pushed back slightly due to engineer availability.
The engineer should go out on the 25th to swap you over.
