Hello!
We have switched from Talktalk to plusnet 10 days ago, our go live day is today - Talktalk disconnected us at 00:01 on the dot, as to be expected.
Was just wondering if anyone knew how long on your go live day it usually takes as it says don't set up the router til its activated.

@susanpark30 Have you had a message confirming you go live today? I assume, as your previous provider has disconnected you that the switch is confirmed. It can take up to midnight of the date to go completely live, although it is sometimes earlier.

When we signed up it said our go live completion date would be 21st March, they were switching us from our previous provider TalkTalk.
I guess we will just have to be patient

Yes
I have an e-mail that says 'The activation date for your broadband service is booked for '21st March 2022' as well as the phone service
So i would assume this is confirmation it is today.

OK. I know it says don't connect the Hub until advised, but you can connect it, and it should auto-configure once all Plusnets systems are lined up.
If you are not on-line by tomorrow morning, post back here and we can advise further.
Hopefully, one of the Help Team will respond on here today and advise if there are any problems.
