Switching from talktalk, problem on phone line

Hi,

I recently placed an order for my Dad to switch to you from TalkTalk. I've just looked at his order status and it says "We've found a potential problem on your telephone line" 

His username is  [Removed]

Could you give me an update on what is going on

I have manually intervened on your fathers' account and provided an update here this is now being monitored and further updates should be provided in the next 48 working hours from out Fibre team.

Thanks for sorting this out for me. As it was me that recommended he switched to Plusnet I'd never hear the end of it, if things don't go smoothly. Fingers crossed it all goes through on the date stated!

Hopefully, there shouldn't be any further issues but as it is being monitored by the relevant team now, there should be regular updates provided. 

I completely understand what you mean. I had a similar issue with my grandparents and it didn't go well switching them to Talktalk. Total headache.
