Switching From Talk Talk to Plusnet

Hi there,

Just wondering if anybody in administration can help me with this.

 

On April 27th 2018, I applied to Plusnet to  switch my Broadband and phone line from Talk Talk

to PlusNet. 

I made the initial payment as requested which went through OK and my account is up and running

with PlusNet. Unfortunately now, nearly three weeks after my application, I have had no updates regarding

application and not received the router that I was advised to order from PlusNet.

I did notice on my account page that my phone line had been switched over to PlusNet from Talk Talk

but again there was no official notification that this had taken place.

I would really appreciate it if somebody could contact me and give me an update and possible indication

as to when my Broadband will likely go live with PlusNet.

I can see we've since provided notification that your order is due to complete on the 01/06/18.
