Order Status - Fibre

Hi,

 

Are you able to update me on the status of my order? I ordered Fibre Broadband on May 5th but have heard nothing since that date on any progress. As far as I can see the Direct Debit hasn't yet been set up and there is nothing on the message centre about any progress whatsoever.

 

According to the BT Wholesale Broadband Availability checker the line is due to be transferred on the 18th May (today) but nothing from PlusNet has been confirmed or any router received.

Hi Jon.

From what I can see your phone order completed yesterday and we got your fibre order in place shortly afterwards.

Your service is due to activate on the 29/05/2018 at any point up to midnight.

We'll send your router out to you shortly which should arrive within the next few days.
