Switch over Error

I was given a go live date for phone and broadband of 11 dec. I was then told my order had been cancelled by a system fault and I was given a new go live date of the 19th. Today my phone has stopped working, I called plusnet who say they messaged sky to give them the 19th date. So I call sky and they tell me plusnet have taken over my phone number so they can't do anything about that. I want plusnet to make my phone live today, but no one is helping me!!!

Hi @Fran4 and welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sincerely sorry to hear that you've had delays in your orders as of recent and it sounds like your current providers have cut off the service ahead of time of our orders completing. I've looked into this for you and will be monitoring this moving forwards via the complaint ticket I've raised on your account which can be seen here.
