I recently switched from BT to plus net on the 5th and my activation date was for today 12th. My router said I got dispatched on Thursday, but tracking never updated. Called CS and they said I will receive it Friday. Never got it. Called again, and say wait til saturday. Once again nothing came, and tracking was still saying the same thing. Called saturday evening and they said it been dispatched today. So on sat 10th? But nothing.
So frustrating and annoying. I work from home and it's Monday abit lost, coz I thought I call again, and this lovely lady said she will send a new router out again, and it will be dispatched from the warehouse today by 4pm, but again no update. All faulse promises and information. Now I have To wait til Wednesday to get it hopefully. Bit I hate the fact I HAD TO CALL THEM and get update info. Not a good look for myself being a new customer.
And now I was my question/complaint is closed and resolved which it isn't!!
