Is it possible to bring forward my installation date of Full Fibre? Openreach ran the Fibre cable today so everything is ready apart from the supply of the Plusnet router?

What was your confirmed date of installation? This is what PN work to with the routers.
When you say OR installed the fibre cable did that include the internal ONT? If so, what lights are showing on it?
If you're previously a PN customer with a Hub1 this would work on Full Fibre.

Then you still require an OR visit to finish off the installation. The PN router dispatch will co-incide with this. When it's sent you'll get an e-mail with a Tracking number.
The date of the OR visit can not usuallly be brought forward - only delayed. You would have been given the next available appointment at the time of order.

My only concern would be whether the OP actually still has an OR installation date at all.
Has the OR appointment been confirmed ? If so PN will send the router a few days before as stated.
However with a prior dig the OR 'installer' appointment was only 'provisional' and might now be cancelled - so PN won't be triggered to send out the router either.
