So I ordered plusnet fibre back on the 2nd of July, from what has been communicated to me my phone line is going live today? and my broadband over 5 days later on the 20th? To put it mildly there has been a lack of communication to what is going on and my order status on my account shows as been on "taking first payment" (which I paid when I signed up) and has been like that for a while now. Any chance for an update on progress???
