Signing up woes

Hi,

I was very happily with Plusnet for many years up until August 2025, when my Full Fibre 300 contract expired and I didn't renew as the connection was in a seasonal holiday property.

I now want to rejoin Plusnet using the £135 Plusnet reward card offer on moneysavingexpert.com. However, my property address is not listed on the Address drop-down, and hence I can't proceed as I can't select my address. So, I pick a random address (in the hope it will allow me to change address) but it doesn't allow that and it wants to organise an installation as it doesn't know I have already have a full fibre connection installed!

So, I phone Plusnet and they have all my details from my "old" account with the correct address and can activate my account within a few days but they refuse to honour the online offer. I don't think I should pay the published prices because Plusnet's web site doesn't allow me to choose the correct address. Does anyone have any suggestions, before I go and sign up with someone else?

Thanks,

Billy

Re: Signing up woes

Businesses usually define a new customer as being one not having had a contract with them within the last 12 months.

Since the reward card is an offer for new customers, then you would not fall under that category because it's only been 7 months.
