Hi,
I signed up on 01/09/22 and was offered a £65 voucher to persuade me to join PN instead of EE.
After various calls, messages and promises the voucher has not been forthcoming.
As a new customer to PN I feel that I have been misled and the broken promises have left me feeling rather irritated now that I’m into an 18mth contract.
Will I ever receive this voucher?

I don't know if the process has changed since I joined Plusnet a few months ago, but back then you had to pay 2 bills, (including the initial payment when signing up), then you would be sent an email to claim the reward card or voucher?
ISTR that it took just over a month from initially signing up, (not the actual transfer date), to receiving the email.
