openreach engineer turned up and fitted the ONT but needs a cherry picker to complete external connection.
Guess what?
No cherry picker available...
My question is do i need to contact plusnet cs or do i trust openreach to complete the job?

that he couldn't speak for the team that have the cherry pickers (!) as to what day to expect completion......

In that case , I ould contact PN and ask them to check with Openreach.
