@KellyGrant Welcome to the forum.
Which hub do you have at the moment? If it’s a 2704n (Hub Zero ) then it definitely hasn’t been updated as they won’t work on fibre.

Thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry about that. It looks like the router was added to the account, but the "send" button hadn't been pressed. It'#s a good job your current Plusnet Hub one is compatible. ![]()
I've also checked out the speeds, and can't see any issues at all, with the line syncing at 78.1 Mbps. Are you running your test over a wired or wireless connection?
