Router not arrived

Hello, it's been three weeks since I upgraded my broadband package and two weeks since it was activated but I'm still waiting for the new router. Any chance a new one can be sent?

Hello! I am in the same situation. Router was supposedly dispatch on September 6, still not arrived and although line activated on September 12. I would also accept a new router,

Hi there!

I'm really sorry to see you've not received your routers.

@Parcus, looking into this we hadn't actually ordered it for some reason. Really sorry. I've manually sent it now and we'll get it in the post to you as soon as possible which should be within the next few days (at the latest 3 to 5 working days)

@pierreblanchard, we've dispatched your router on the 6th September so I assume it's unfortunately lost in the post. I've sent you a new router now which we'll try to get to you as soon as possible this time.
