New customer here,
Apparently our broadband went live on the 18th of April... but we wouldn't know because our router has not arrived yet. I'm concerned that we are paying for a service that we are unable to use because the router has not been delivered yet - could someone please shed some light on when this will happen?

I can see the router was dispatched 5 days ago to the alternative delivery address you gave us
If you don't receive it today get back to us and we'll send out another one.

Hi Matthew,
I'm afraid the router did not arrive today to the alternative delivery address at all - do we have a tracking number so we can see where it is?

Routers aren't shipped using a tracked postage method.
That said, I suspect I know what's happened here.
The formatting of the address is such that it has probably been truncated in transaltion with the warehouse. This will have resulted with an incomplete address on the shipping label.
I've arranged dispatch of a replacement but it will take 2-3 days to reach you.
