Router not arrived!

Hi,

I have an engineer coming to activate my phone line on Wednesday (28th June) but my router hasn't arrived. Has anyone else had the same problem?

Phone PN and ask them to confirm when the router was sent out, if it has not been sent out insist it is sent today with guaranteed delivery by tomorrow.

Sorry to hear your router hasn't arrived. Routers are usually sent 48 hours before your activation date, so it's likely to have been ordered automatically today had our support team not manually sent it since you made this post.

I'm due to have my Fibre Broadband activated tomorrow (27th of July 2017) and I still haven't received my Router. I'm getting a bit worried now.
