I've had no confirmation of my order, username used is [Removed]. I also fear the order processed twice as the page at the end of the payment failed to load and I did it again.

Please cancel this order. I still haven't received any order information and I've now gone with BT.

Sorry to hear you've decided not to join Plusnet.
I'm not finding any accounts from the username you've provided us. If you haven't received an e-mail confirmation it's likely an account wasn't created.
If money has been taken from your bank balance as a result, I'd expect it to be in a pending state with the bank and it should return to your balance in due course.
Mind also PMing me your full address and home telephone number so I can double check our accounts system?

Welcome to the forums!
I have had a look at your forum account and it looks like you didn't get the rank to acquire the permissions needed for PMs (it skipped it to the next rank somehow). I have manually upgraded your forum account now so you can send PM's.
