Router not arrived

We are being connected tomorrow but haven’t received our router yet and had no notifications of it being sent. How can find out when it will arrive? Thanks

Thanks for your post @benjf and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm sorry to see you've not received your new router.

I can see you've spoken with us today and we've manually ordered it for you we'll put in the post as soon as we can.

In the meantime, do you still have the router from your old address? This should work with your fibre at your new address.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Thanks Gandalf,
Yeah I managed to speak to someone today so hopefully the router will arrive soon.
Unfortunately our old router is too far away at the old house so we won’t be able to collect it.
