Order not fulfilled

I placed my order for fibre extra on 30/12/21. Initial live date was for 07/01/22. 

Which was pushed back to the 10/01/22. Which was a good thing because the router hadn't arrived.

This was then pushed back to the 14/01/22 .The email said the engineer would need access to the premises in the morning.

Waited in all morning and nothing. Called PN who said engineer does not need to visit but order would be completed on 14/01/22 as advised by Openreach.

Still no activation.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience caused here @shane25

It looks like Openreach missed the initial activation date, which has meant we've had to re-appoint an engineer visit to get the fibre installation completed. Notes on our end now indicate that this is set to take place on Wednesday.
