Router Blue - No Internet

Router blue - connect to wifi so select the router, enter password, but takes me to the hub manager screen every time.
Line status says connected.
Menu says my device is connected.
No internet.
My account is shown incorrect as setup@plusnet will not let me self correct I have tried.
Should be live unclear why not working.

If you click the 'disconnect' button , then it should allow you to change the username and password . Then click connect. However, it may be that the real reason the auto setup isn't working, is that your account activation hasn't completed yet.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

I did disconnect and then updated but it did not work.

Ah I thought it was going live at midnight. Will I receive notification when it is live?

I did not expect to be without internet for 2 days. It’s been off since yesterday which i don’t feel was explained fully.

You should normally get a text when the order is complete.
It's possible the OpenReach job hasn't closed fully so PN haven't been advised to flick the switch.

Hopefully a staff member will be along soon to check it out.

Fingers crossed - like so many I am now relying on the internet to work from home hence why it is more of an issue than normal. Hopefully hear soon.
