Reward card confirmation

Hello.
I've not received confirmation about the rewards card for the plan I signed up for. Confirmation email of the plan doesn't include details of the £145 reward. Is there a way to make sure that I'll definitely get the rewards card? Very frustrating as if I dont get it I may decide to withdraw. Thank you

I have looked at your order, and I can confirm the reward card is included with your order. When you go live, you will receive an email within 10 days to claim the reward.
