I have this same issue, contacted customer services and been told when I signed up this didn't include a reward! Funny, it was splashed over the website on both uswitch and plusnet! Signed up 18th of December 2020. Outrageous that they try and get out of it, I've had a terrible service since joining. Several cases open and getting nowhere fast Sad
