Reward Card

Hi I recentlt upgraded my broadband to full fibre and the offer included a £50 reward card, the activation was completed on 7th December but I have heard nothing about the reward card? Can anyone help please?

When I joined Plusnet earlier this year, (May/June), I received the email to claim my reward card after having made two payments. The first payment being by card when I signed up, and the second being the first direct debit taken after my broadband and phone had actually moved to Plusnet.

IIRC, the timings in my case were approximately:

Signing up > actual broadband + phone transfer date = 2 weeks

Transfer date to getting email to claim reward = 1 week

Claiming reward card > receiving card = 3 weeks.

 

Has a Direct Debit been successfully taken yet?

Yes 1st DD has been taken, however I've been with em for 4 years though.

OK,

I didn't realise that existing customers could also get rewards - I thought that it was just those new to Plusnet.

You should receive your cashback within 30 days of it going live, have you got an email from Plusnet Rewards at all?
