Reward Card not recieved

I signed up directly over the phone with PlusNet and was told i would recieve a £50 reward debit card within 10 days.

 

I havent recieved any email yet. Service has been up and running for 13 days now and nothing anywhere, having also checked in spam etc.

 

Can someone chase up ?

Hi @milvusmilvus 

 

I've sent of an email to the relevant team to chase this, I've also copied in all the forum staff so if the reply comes whilst i am out of office it will be accessible to all - once we get a reply this thread will be updated.

I was told this today...

"Sorry about the delay in receiving your reward.

We have had a response from our marketing team who have let us know that they have had an error with the reporting system which allows them to send an email to claim the reward within 10 days after they go live.

This should be fixed soon, so please keep an eye out for the email."
