Hello Everyone,
We've recently moved into a new rented property, with a plusnet router pre installed. After connecting it says we need to activate our broadband and hopefully then will be only in a day.
But when I sign up online to purchase a 12 month contract, it seems to not know we have this router already here that has been used for the past many years, and it talking about the time to get us set up.
Is there an easy way to just reactivate the connection but with my banking details?

@Arconik Welcome to the Plusnet Community Fora.
The hub will be assigned to the previous tenant. It is possible to re-assign it but it’s probably less hassle to have a new one.
Depending on its age, it’s likely that the previous tenant will be charged if the one that you have is not returned.
