Re upgrade, confusing email from PN

I've been told my switchover from adsl to fibre will take place today (Saturday) but I received an email at 55 minutes past midnight to say my switchover is complete - I still have an internet connection via my old Thompson TG585 router so I'm guessing my switchover hasn't taken place yet, so why the email?

Well the switchover is done, guess they just sent the email 12 hours early for whatever reason

Good thank you, the switchover went well. Really appreciate the faster upload speed when adding photos to web sites. Download speed is hovering around 30Mbps (that's over WIFI with the hub downstairs and the computer upstairs).

No complaints from me Smiley
