Powerline guarantee

Bought powerline adapters in Nov 2019. One has now stopped working, and can't find any info on how to get replacement. The instructions say they are guaranteed for 3 years. I no longer have a plusnet account, I moved to BT when plusnet stopped youview.

It won't be PN offering the guarantee, but the manufacturer; check out their website.

Hi there,

Our powerline adapters were supplied by BT so I'd recommend reaching out to them for help. 

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

In which case there's a Freephone number to call
