@Gvu6dotcom

Password reset?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

@Gvu6dotcom

The other user merely commented you weren't alone in having problems. Users often chip in with similar problems in the hope a solution is found. That's the way the forum works.

The staff member who picked up responded to both of you in the same post.

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

See my post, this has happened to me: P/net say Full fibre is available, then just with engineer coming, i rang about something and they advise me it isn't!, it is only on demand, I am now paying huge amount for month on OUC and looked again on O/Reach Postcode Finder and its says it is available, Plusnet says it still isn't.

I have asked for apology, and speak to senior manager,and been stonewalled, P/net seemed to have chnaged since last with them

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

We’re not the only ones having nightmare with plusnet. I got fooled by comparison websites showing plusnet being top rated. If you check truspilot you see this… shocking IMG_6416.jpeg

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

Hi, i think the C/Service thought that 'on demand' meant it wasn't in my area yet!

i have already done the P/Code checker, and yes it says it is available,plusnet is also allowing me puchase a FF package again! This is a really unprofessional state of affairs and i want to escalate it, its clearly happening to others.

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

There needs to be a reality check here.  See @Tina11192 ’s post.  Plusnet sell only what BT Openreach says is available.  If they offer something and it turns out to be not available, then that’s a BT Openreach issue which blights all ISPs alike.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

This is a very poor reply from Plusnet representative. Any issue is not your fault because it’s BT? Is this a joke?

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

@Gvu6dotcom  In no way did I hijack your thread, I just commented that I have had a delay on my order due to Openreach not knowing what they are doing. You don't get exclusive personal threads on a public forum.

Not a representative at all.  Just another customer with a realistic understanding of the real world.

This in no way diminishes your situation, but an understanding how things work, leads to working to a viable solution.  Pretending that things are different is futile.  You have been told that the issue has been escalated to Plusnet’s CAT and Openreach’s escalation team.

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

@Townman  I think the escalations applied to my delayed order, @Uh7665uh  or @Gvu6dotcom had not been linked to any account at the time.

Re: Plusnet is completely unprofessional

Nobody got in touch with myself since this thread was created so I do not have any reason to believe this has been escalated anywhere
