Can anyone please help me? I requested to switch to Plusnet and they said they would action my request and advise Talk Talk... Now Talk Talk have notified me to say theu are cancelling my internet with them and Plusnet arent connecting me until the 4th!!! Please help
Fixed! Go to the fix.

If it was done via the "normal channels" (so you haven't spoken to Talk Talk) the process is that the gaining provider (Plusnet) manages the switch.
Ignore what Talk Talk have said and their contract should continue until Plusnet's switch day.

You are so right! Talk Talk were quite rude, money grabbing, lazy with disgusting customer services. After nearly an hour Talk Talk eventually were able to read the order correctly and confirm all was well as Plusnet had done exactly as they had been asked. I'm not 100% sure if this is the place to give feedback but I am sooooo happy that I chose to try Plusnet!!! I have been speaking to the most wonderful young man, <Redacted> from customer services Plusnet and I cannot praise him enough! He instantly calmed me with his lovely Yorkshire accent and reassured me that I would not be getting disconnected today and advised me step by step what was going to happen and when and how. Such a wonderful young man. Incredible customer services and attention to detail. I truly cannot thank him enough! I believe I will be a very loyal happy customer of Plusnet for a very long time. I love that there is this forum and everyone is so helpful and kind. Thank you Markhawkin, I am also a very satisfied customer
