Plusnet have missed me about
Long story short
I'm livid with plusnet
they have moved my broadband activation dates 3days and 3 different times
Charged me for installation
When there is nothing to install !
Told plusnet I need internet urgently due to the fact
my heart monitor sends information to heart clinic
i have the loop recorder device fitted
i even offered to take photos of the device and I can provide evidence if needed
plusnet are blaming BT openreach or another supplier
total bs
Spent over 12 hours sorting all this
I thought it was sorted but no
naive me believed plusnet when they said they will sort this out
when they said we will send engineer out to property but then no one arrived
Total bs again
Plusnet advert is misleading and wrong
I'm stunned at this situation
Seems at lot of people are having issues with plusnet
Either been in the queue for quite a long time 45 mins listening to that dam music
Seems Plusnet couldn't give a dam about to their customers .
