Hello,
Had my phone line connected today and the Openreach guy said all is ok, you can use your router now.
Only problem is that i haven't received the router yet... has anyone else had to wait a bit for their router?
Seems like a bit of common sense to send the router before the line is connected!

Welcome to the forums.
There are a few common reasons why you don't yet have your router
- Plusnet have forgotten to order the router;
- Today isn't the broadband go live date;
- The order for broadband has failed and Plusnet have not picked it up.
You will need to get Plusnet staff to find out which is the real reason. If they don't answer here, use Twitter @plusnethelp or Facebook or Chat or phone them . Contact details for phone and Chat at https://www.plus.net/home-broadband/contact/

My Daughter has just moved into a new flat.Open reach are coming on friday to install the line.She has no router yet either but was told that the broadband will take a further 5 days to activate once the line is set up.

Hi @monk8 Welcome to the community forums.
Apologies for any confusion around the broadband activation date. Your router has been sent out following the activation of your phone line, however as @the_groundsman has said, the broadband wouldn't be active until 4-7 working days following the phone line install.
I've checked your broadband order and this is due to complete on 15/09/16 any time up until midnight.
I hope this clears things up.
