Ordered broadband 5th October no confirmation or anything

I ordered broadband with plusnet yesterday they’ve taken the first months money from my account I’ve not heard anything back whatsoever, online chat is useless I was told they can’t help, I had to call up only to be cut off after 40mins of waiting

Just to give an update guys I got through to the team via phone, I was told no order was made even though they’ve taken my money from account, I was told I would have to do a new order with them and pay again what a joke

Sorry hear this. If your first attempt at signing up didn't create an account, then that payment would be in a pending state with your bank and will be returned to you automatically so you wouldn't be paying twice by signing up again.

Feel free to private message me some account details like the username you chose if you have further queries and I'll be happy to take a closer look for you. Before being able to private message, you may have to post back once more.
