Order not showing in tracker

Hi,

I have placed an order for BB and phone. Today I recieved an email saying the phone is due to go live on 13th Sept. but no date for the broadband.

Looking on the order tracker online shows no orders in progress.

Is this normal?

Hello @cliver

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm sorry about this. This is just because of the way in which the account created itself in our system - known as a magnus account.

I've just updated the relevant details on my end so within a few hours, you should be able to see the progress of your orders on your side. I can confirm that our orders are committed, and we're due to take over the line on 13/09/2021, we'll also be retaining your landline number. Smiley

Thanks Adam, all sorted. I was just worried I was going to get a phone line (which I don't need) and no broadband (which I do need).
