Order delayed

Hi, I placed a new order last Friday and got a text message the next day saying the order has been delayed. I am not sure what is causing the issue. Can someone check and confirm?

Thanks for reaching out over the forums, I'm sorry to hear your order has been delayed here. Looking over your account there was a slight issue getting your orders through but they're now going through and a committed date will be confirmed within the next 24 - 48 working hours.
