Use this version of the Checker. Enter your post code and select the address from the drop down menu.
https://www.broadbandchecker.btwholesale.com/#/ADSL/AddressHome
Post the results on here. If Full Fibre is available then you don't need a copper line - the fibre runs all the way to an Exchange. It appears as WBC FTTP on the Checker results.

@oscaracosta Said "It's fibre74 whatever that is".
I believe that is a SOGEA line, i.e. FTTC Fibre To The Cabinet with no phone service.
Full Fibre 74 would be FTTP - Fibre To The Premises.
@oscaracosta Can you please confirm if it's FULL fibre or just fibre in the service description. Confusing I know, but they are very different.

Someone will explain the setting on your phone (try website view or similar). But in the meantine does it say WBC FTTP or in the narrative below Full Fibre isn't available.

There is also a 74Mb FTTP product.
Similarly named products and folks not knowing what they have bought can make offering the right advice a tad difficult.
A connection of some sort will be required, but it will not be a “telephone” line and has a fair chance of being different to that blown down by some long passed storm.
Chasing fixing that has a limited chance of sorting the connection. A wedge of patience is required for a reschedule. Working from home does require a resilience plan which astonishingly few folks plan for.

I'm on Full Fibre 74 according to my Member's page.
It may well be Fibre 74 is a SOGEA service.
