No router

No router

Ordered broadband with router on 3rd Dec and it went live yesterday (18 Dec) as Plusnet had said. Problem is that the router hadn't arrived. Text from Plusnet yesterday saying it would "arrive in a few days" and then an email this morning saying 

"Date of dispatch: 19th December 2018   Your router should arrive at the address you provided us when you signed up in 3-5 working days"

   Not impressed with the service so far and am wondering if I made a mistake switching to Plusnet
