Most frustrating experience ever. I switched to Plus Net, paid my first bill etc. Activation date was on 16.09.21 and my router still has not arrived. Ben from the customer service promised someone will call me on Saturday 18.09.21 and no one ever did. I'm working from home and now I am left without an Internet access for 4 days. Not sure if router has been ever dispatched. I wonder when it will be sorted? To me it seems like a breach of contract.
