No progress on my order

Hi, 

 

I made an order for plus net broadband on 26th September. The email says it should take 2-4 days to get the phone line activated and then a further week from there.

 

8 working days later I still don't have an active phone line or an update on my order.

 

Please could I request an update on what is going on currently?

Thanks for your post @yp0237892 and welcome to our Community Forums.

I'm really sorry for the delay with your order.

It looks like this wasn't picked up the usual way due to the type of line that was active at your address.

I've now progressed the order and we should be able to provide an update within 24-48 hours.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
