I’m not really sure when my service is due to go live because the date I was given by Sky for transferring was the day after I signed up 🙄. I know I’m not transferred as I’m still using my setup configured with all the sky protocols and username etc.
Can you tell me when I’m being transferred, and when the router will arrive with me as there isn’t any information in my order tracker.

I've just checked your order and I can see it's due to complete with us on 07/10/21 and you should receive your new router before then. It can take anytime up to midnight on the day for our services to activate though so you may be without a service for a short time. Let us know if you've got any further queries.
