No live service after two days!

Switch over day two days ago.Router arrived but no text to say we are live and we can connect up.Getting worried now.

@Pentomlau6 Welcome to the forums. If you have the router, and you are supposed to be 'live', there is nothing to lose if you connect the router and see what happens.

Come back here if it doesn't work, and maybe someone can help. Please also let us know if it does.
