No idea what the status of my order is
My fibre is supposed to be activated tomorrow (15th), but the order tracker is currently showing the "strActivationDate" thing, and there's no sign of the router having been ordered. I need this in place before the weekend, and have had no response at all from Plusnet on Twitter or Facebook.
Shockingly poor service.

I'm sorry to see you've not received your router before you were activated.
I picked up your message on Facebook earlier today and I tried to call the account holder but there was no answer so I dropped a support ticket on the account regarding this Here.
I plan to try to call again tomorrow to follow things up.
