No engineer

The BT Openreach engineer didn't turn up today. I've not heard anything from Plusnet or Openreach. What is the normal procedure now? Will someone do something or do i need to call someone. BT Openreach or Plusnet?

Yes he was arranged. No matter, I just got an email from PN saying it was "delayed". I guess someone's on the case

I am really sorry that the engineer did not attend the property to complete your install, it was due to further work needed to be completed externally and I am really sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

 

I can see you have raised this to our complaints team and they have assigned you a personal case handler, who has provided more detail here
