No confirmation email after plusnet 900mb order

hello i signed up for the 900mb fibre package a couple of days ago and got all the way to the end of the checkout where i had to pay the first payment which would have been £28.99,  it did not take the payment as the page would not load properly, i did have a contract summary email sent to me and also cannot login as it is saying the account does not exist, so i decided to close it and try again today, had to go through the full checkout process again, this time i was able to pay the first payment and have been charged on my card but i still haven’t had any confirmation email or anything and still cannot login with the account i created

i am hoping someone can help me with this

We're not able to see if everything has been successful from here, but if you've not heard anything else yet and still cannot login, it would be best to give our customer service team a call and they can check it all for you.
