I ordered broadband and phone from plusnet over 4 weeks ago. I still don't have either connected. Order tracking says there has been an error with the line which they are trying to fix and will being touch shortly.This message has been showing for the last 2 weeks. I have tried several times to get through to customer services but have been unable to speak to anyone. Pleade help.
