Hi
I had a visit from an engineer as arranged last Friday. Apparently, I need a further visit because we do not have telegraph poles but underground cables and there is no evidence of where my cable lies as there is no box either inside or outside.
I have had 2 texts just saying someone would be in touch but I haven't heard anything further and I'm getting a little concerned because my current provision will end soon.
I am also concerned that the engineer may want to dig up my block paved drive which I only had laid about 3 years ago. I hope that any damage to the drive will be rectified.
Also, is this going to cost me any more than the £50 I've already paid?
