Hi
I recently ordered Plusnet Fibre and I believe part of the offer was a £50 reward card but my fibre has been active since 21/07/20 and I have never received this.
It seems this is quite a common issue looking at other topics.
Please can you assist?

Called them and the card application had not been completed.
They have completed for me and should receive within 30 days.
