Hi,
I signed up for PlusNet broadband an engineer is supposed to be coming on Mon 17th, but I didn't get any emails at all from PlusNet (checked spam folder also) for sign up or for engineer confirmation. Money has been debited.
Will the engineer also bring the router?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi welcome to the forums, your router is posted out by plusnet you should receive it couple of days before you go live, have you checked the status of you order in you account, sometimes orders get stuck in their systems and need manual intervention.
