When signing up for my Broadband, I also included the call plan for Evening and Weekend calls, this showed on my final order online and the payment screen. I have now received the welcome letter from Plusnet and my Phone Plan show as Line Only. When I access my details online it shows nothing as I'm informed my order is still being created.
Is the Welcome letter showing the wrong details? I luckily took a screen shot of my laptop when finalising the order online. I would be pleased if someone from Plusnet could investigate this for me. Regards Graeme Anderson
